The government has started the English devolution ball rolling with Greater Manchester, but where do you think will be next? There are a number of cities -I'd certainly like to see Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle, and Greater Birmingham. I also see [devolution] as setting the stage for the move towards unitary authorities all over the country.
