This ingenious structural concept was developed with Chris Caroll of Arup.The Crystal (AJ 26.09.12), an exhibition and conference centre for Siemens, designed by Wilkinson Eyre with fitout by Pringle Brandon Perkins+Will, has no vertical or horizontal cross-bracing. Well almost.
