This was a Grade "-listed four-storey 1765 Georgian town house requiring complete renovation to accommodate a tailoring business on the ground and basement levels, with residential accommodation above. The building, significantly modified over the years, was in a poor state of repair and needed sensitive remodelling to preserve the listed fabric. The refurbishment also provided a lettable second apartment.
