Starting with this issue, we will be publishing full-text HTML articles and other content to the CA Web site in advance of the printed version of the journal in a new feature called CA First Look. This feature is intended to provide CL4's content to our readers as quickly as possible. The online publication date is posted on each HTML article and is the date of record for publication. Readers should be aware that content published in CA First Look is the final version that has been peer-reviewed, revised, edited, and approved by the authors. When a complete issue of CA is posted online, the issue's content is removed from the CA First Look index and moved to the table of contents for that issue, at which point the articles will be available as PDFs.
