DyStar~® completes the acquisition of specialty chemical businesses from Emerald Performance Materials

DyStar LP, the US subsidiary of DyStar Global Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, a market leader in textile industry, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the three (3) specialty chemical units (Carolina Chemical, Hilton Davis, and Foam Control) of Emerald Performance Materials LLC, a US company and leading manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals for consumer and industrial markets that is majority-owned by affiliates of American Securities LLC. DyStar LP will integrate all 3 specialty businesses and manufacturing sites into their US business platform.
