At the recent ISPO Winter in Munich, Cognis Textile Technology exhibited its four ingredient brands for sportswear and functional textiles - Skintex, Cyclofresh, Repellan and Securlana. The four brands each offer fashion manufacturers a different technology to help them develop clothing with added functionality. The specialty chemical company also showcased the latest innovation in its Skintex product range, an encapsulation technology that allows clothing to be treated with care actives such as apricot kernel oil or red algae extract which they can then release to the skin.
