First ArioPrint sold to Italian customer

Arioli has sold its first ArioPrint digital textile printer, to a customer in the Como printing district, Italy. The customer has not yet been named but Arioli told Textile Month International that it is a large printer that already has seven competitor machines. Arioli said that the ArioPrint offers a 2000mm print-ing width, which allows for wovens and knits to be printed with flexible resolutions, starting from 300 × 300dpi at 750sq m/h up to high quality 1200 × 1200 dpi at 90sq m/h. Two other Italian firms have also approached Arioli in relation to purchasing the ArioPrint machine, complete with an introduction unit that has two balancing air controlled cylinders, which are synchronised with the ArioPrint digital printer and a productive external front dryer. Arioli said that this gives potential customers more control over the entire printing process.
