Lectra, a provider of industrial intelligence solutions for brands, manufacturers and retailers, has signed an agreement to acquire Romanian company Gemini CAD Systems. Gemini CAD Systems is a developer of computer-aided design (CAD) software solutions for small or medium-sized (SME) fashion companies.
