Life Time Achievement Award to Mr Atul K Bhagwati

Mr Atul K. Bhagwati, Chairman, A.T.E. Enterprises Private Limited, is honoured with The Life Time Achievement Award' for his immense contributions and services to the Indian textile industry for over 50 years. The award was presented to Mr Bhagwati by Dr J N Singh, Jt Secretary* Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India, at Mumbai on the occasion of international conference on 'Global Textile Opportunities - vision India' 16 and 17 January 2009. The award is instituted by The Textile Association (India), Mumbai.rnMr Atul Bhagwati, 77, received his degrees In mechanical and electrical engineering from Pune University (India) in 1953. Soon after graduation, he received intensive training in textile engineering in Germany.
