摘要

Oerlikon Barmag presented the WINGS for FDY production with advantages such as increased productivity, energy saving and ergonomic workflows (Fig.l), which is the consistent application of the WINGS concept with its many benefits to the FDY process. WINGS FDY streamlines and shortens the string up process by a revolutionary floor operated machine layout for more productivity. The innovative FDY process consumes significantly less energy than conventional spinning-drawing systems, and thus it generates less CO2 emissions. WINGS simplifies and shortens the erection and start up process by means of extensive plug-and-play solutions and completely preassembled and tested units.
