DPTIMUX is the integrated version of optical and muftiplex units housed within a single subrack or mounted in same rack. The system is modular in nature, having all advantages and features of conventional optical systems and it's installation is very easier and faster. It is highly flexible and can be configured either as MUX or optical equipment or a combination of both. The system has got very powerful EOW and supervisory system to have user oriented operation and maintenance facilities. This article gives overview of OPTIMUX equipment of Fujitsu technology.
