Dear Readers, Wish you very happy festive season. Our team has taken great pain to publish two issues of volume 60 of the journal during June and August 2011. Present issue shall be published in October 2011. Keeping pace with time and demand of technology, we plan to publish two special issues on IPV6 during November and December of this year. Articles has been invited for special issue on telecom business management aspects from technical angle viz. routine/periodic monitoring data, inspection of dynamic data, decision support system and related subjects.
