The policy issues at the Wire-less Communications Association International's 14th Annual International Symposium & Business Expo here Nov. 4-6 focused on the FCC's new TV "white spaces" order and other ways the FCC and others in the federal government should encourage the deployment of broadband wireless services, particularly through wireless technologies.
