Langevin Sees 'Gulf on Hill On Government's Cyber Role

Rep. Jim Langevin (D., R.I.) said in a June 5 speech that there is a "growing consensus on Capitol Hill regarding the need to address cybersecurity," but he lamented that there is "still a gulf in opinions about the role of government in cybersecurity which, I regret to say, has become an increasingly daunting barrier to the comprehensive reforms we need."
