Entities from a range of positions on the tech advocacy spectrum have offered President-elect Donald J. Trump advice on what he should do about spectrum allocation, Rural Utilities Service (RUS) programs, cybersecurity, Internet freedom, and freeing consumers from the necessity of renting set-top boxes (STBs) from their cable or satellite TV providers.
