FCC Seeks Input for Biennial Review of Telecom Regulations

The FCC has invited comments on which of its telecommunications regulations should be modified or repealed as part of its 2016 biennial review, with an eye toward its bureaus and offices releasing reports on the rules under the purview of each by May of next year and the Commission's adoption of "implementing NPRMs" (notices of proposed rulemaking) addressing the recommendations in the reports by October of next year.
