FCC Commissioner Mike O'Rielly showed little enthusiasm during a June 14 telecom policy discussion about a suggestion to institute a comment-filing fee to stem the flood of public filings in response to an agency proposal to reverse its 2015 classification of broadband Internet access service as a common carrier service under Title II of the Communications Act.
