CEI, Subs Urge Court to Overturn Charter-TWC-BHN Merger Order

The Competitive Enterprise Institute and four individuals who became subscribers of "New Charter" services as a result of Charter Communications, Inc.'s, acquisition of Time Warner Cable, Inc., and Bright House Networks have told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that the FCC exceeded its authority in imposing conditions on the transfer of the cable broadband service involved in the transaction.
