Entities Submit Revised Proposal For PALs in 3.5 GHz CBRS Band

A diverse coalition of companies and trade groups has proposed a revised hybrid framework for licensing priority access licenses (PALs) in the 3.5 gigahertz band Citizens Broadband Radio Service.
