摘要

This article consists of three parts. The first part considers foundations of wavelet transform, generalized Kotelnikov series and Levitan polynomial, constructed on basis of atomic functions (AF). The second part deals with a new analytical Kravchenko-Kotelnikov and Kravchenko-Levitan wavelet classes. The third part is dedicated to the quality functional statement. The numerical experiments and physical analysis both have illustrated effectiveness of this approach to digital ultra wideband (UWB) signal processing.
