A selection of papers from the 32nd Annual Telecommunications Policy Research Conference

This special issue of Telecommunications Policy contains a selection of six visionary papers from the 2004 Telecommunication Policy Research Conference (TPRC) held in Washington, DC. TPRC hosts an annual forum for dialogue among scholars and decision-makers from the public and private sectors who are engaged in communication and information policy. The purpose of the conference is to acquaint policy-makers with the best of recent research and to familiarize researchers with the knowledge needs of policy-makers and industry.
