INTERNATIONAL MONITORING OF THE INFOCOMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT ON THE REGIONAL SPACE

摘要

The article presents the analysis results of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communication countries' info-communication market according to the various parameters of infocommunications compared to the global development of in-focommunications on four composite indexes of readiness for e-development and change estimates of the indexes of readiness for e-government and development of the governmental websites of the RCC countries. According to the analysis results there are the conclusions on the specifics and prospects of the regional info-communication development of the RCC participants' countries.
