John Sununu (R-N.H.) said he抯 working on a bill to tighten up a temporary ban on taxing Internet access. He stumped for one he recently introduced to make the tax ban permanent (S-156). Some states are said to be ignoring the ban, Sununu said, adding that his follow-up bill would close loopholes to ensure that consumers aren抰 taxed for accessing the Internet.
