In a filing at the FCC about a notice of inquiry on acceleration nof deployment, the New America Foundation’s Open Technology Initiative, the Media Access nProject and Public Knowledge said the FCC shouldn't impose “sweeping, standardized federal nregulations on states and municipalities” in the interest of giving broadband providers easier naccess to public rights of way.
