Inmarsat Demands $56 Million Payment from LightSquared

LightSquared didn't make a $56.25 million payment due under a spectrum agreement with nInmarsat. A default notice gives LightSquared 60 days to pay "before Inmarsat is entitled to nenforce its rights and remedies under the agreement for payment default, including pre-agreed nspectrum arrangements and termination of certain LightSquared rights under the Cooperation nAgreement," the creditor said. LightSquared said Inmarsat hasn't fulfilled the conditions to be nowed the money.
