Many tech transfer programs improve equality,diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in their commercializationactivity but may be at a loss as to whatstrategies or programs will best help them achievethis goal. The Driving Diversity and Inclusion fora More Successful Innovation Strategy session atthe AUTM 2021 Annual Meeting provided someanswers. Panelists shared specific tips for overcomingroadblocks and turning the desire for EDIinto reality.
