EDITORIAL

摘要

The 14th International Congress of Cybernetics and Systems of World Organisation of Systems and Cybernetics (ICCS of WOSC) was held in Wroclaw, Poland during September 9-12, 2008. The Congress was co-organized by WOSC and the Institute of Information Science and Engineering (USE) as well as the Faculty of Computer Science and Management of Wroclaw University of Technology. This Special Issue is one of the post-Congress publications. The aim of the Congress was to exchange recently developed results and ideas as well as to help setting the new directions which now create the frames of cybernetics and systems.
