摘要

With the advancement of communication, information can be presented and discussed in different locations around the world. In this aspect, the Internet emerges as an essential tool for dissemination and mobilization, especially of young people and adults who commonly use social networks to express their opinion. Issues such as water scarcity, experienced in different parts of the globe, become a recurring subject of discussion in social networks and a critical sense develops socially. The objective of the study was to measure the reduction of water consumption by means of awareness campaigns by students of a Brazilian school in social networks.
