Global Ethics is a book for the general reader, praiseworthy for staying clear from international-relations jargon and from the internal epistemological controversies that plague the discipline. The book is nonetheless ambitious, since Frost offers a cohesive and forceful view that ethical dilemmas are actually central to the conduct of international politics, and makes a distinct contribution to better identifying, theorising and hopefully solving these dilemmas.
