Preoperative detection of splenogonadal fusion by CT

Purpose Splenogonadal fusion (SGF) is a rare congenital anomaly. It is typically identified at orchiectomy for a suspected testicular tumor or during orchiopexy. The purpose of our study is to proposal possibly preoperative diagnosis of continuous-type SGF by contrast-enhanced spiral computed tomography (CT).
