摘要

Solar thermal systems are currently rare in Russia. Research activities and the first projects in this field arernconcentrated at just a few locations.rnAt present, the total area of solar thermal plants operating in the Russian Federation is about 15,000 m~2. There is no state policy to develop solar heating. Unlike other countries, in Russia experts on solar engineering are not even integrated in the public basis. Solar thermal plant research and construction is carried out by individual specialists. However, experts assess the potential for solar collector installation at an estimated 10 million m~2 by 2030.
