SolarWorld founder Frank Asbeck has been trying for years to attack the low Chinese PV prices through trade policy. Now he's got his chance in the USA. The caricature reminds you of Dr. Fu Manchu, the sinister character from the novels (later made into movies) by Sax Rohmer. The arch-villain is always trying to take over the world. His appearance is characterized by the long, thin, drooping moustache and an Asian physiognomy - but this time dressed in a red Santa costume. This simple and disrespectful representation "graces" a card that supposedly was meant to be widely distributed by SolarWorld AG for Christmas -and apparently some specimens were actually sent.
