Colin Cornish, Director of Marine Energy Matters (MEM UK Ltd), has followed the UK's marine energy front for years. He was previously Head of Project Development at a UK regional development agency specialising in marine energy and was former Business Group Director of a national UK environmental consultancy. He founded MEM in 2008. The consultancy provides specialist support for business and the public sector, based on long involvement with the marine energy industry. It also undertakes strategic assignments for governments.
