In this book the authors have made a concerted effort to present a comprehensive account of important tools of the field of stochastic dynamics. They have managed to include both traditional random vibration theory concepts, as well as advanced topics related to current research, such as reliability assessment and control of complex structures. A major part of the book relates to the presentation of the recently developed probability density evolution method (PDEM) for analysis of stochastic dynamic systems.
