As an IT services organization for a group of advertising agencies, Omnicom Management Services always has had to deal with how to effectively provide each agency with adequate network storage space. Omnicom Management provides IT services for the 15 different agencies that make up the Omnicom Group, which consists of three of the Top 10 global advertising agencies. Overall, the advertising agencies need to manage multiple creative daily, weekly and monthly projects. Professionals in these agencies use their desktops to turn out large graphics files stored on the network. If these files aren't managed properly, then storage growth can get out of control as each agencies' high-resolution creative files can often exceed a gigabyte.
