摘要

This special issue comes after a short conference on dependence and times series held at Cergy University in February 2010. The papers included follow after this conference. Some of them are designed to premise new or original trends of the times- series analysis. The optic is here a transverse one and we intend to provide a rapid scan of problems where dependence questions are decisive.
