The 1995 edition of the "Nuclear Safety White Paper," prepared by the Nuclear Safety Commission, was approved at a cabinet meeting on March 29 and released. The white paper consists of a collection of photographs, Part 1 -- "Present state of nuclear safety and security," Part 2 --"Earthquake-proof safety of nuclear power facilities, a collection of questions and answers," Part 3 -- "Sodium leak accident at the prototype fast breeder reactor Monju," and Part 4, dealing with materials.
