As Expedition 29 progressed, plans to replace the host crew edged slowly forward, a sense of high drama attached to preparations for the launch of Soyuz TMA-22 and restoration to a six-person crew. But there was still a lot to do aboard the station, as it edged toward the 12th year of permanent occupation.
