1.In March 2012, MetOp-B arrived at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan in preparation for a mid-2012 launch 2.In March 2011, ESA announced that it had begun studying a follow on to the MetOp series known as EPS-SG 3.EUMETSAT has received approval from 18 of 27 members to proceed with the program; unanimous approval will be needed.
