1. Inmarsat to be first commercial customer of the H-3 launch vehicle 2. H-3 core stage shipped to Tanegashima Space center for testing 3. Problems with the LE-9 main engine has pushed the first launch back to 2021 4. First payload for H-3 will be JAXA's ALOS-3 remote sensing satellite.
