U.S. 2015 Budget Request Delayed Until March 4

The White House says it will submit President Barack Obama's 2015 budget request to Congress March 4, about a month past deadline. "Now that Congress has finished its work on this year's appropriations, the administration is able to finalize next year's budget," White House Office of Management and Budget spokesman Steve Posner said in a Jan. 23 statement."We are moving to complete the budget as quickly as possible to help Congress return to regular order in the annual budget process."
