Satellites Are Part of the Solution

Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Alas-ka) and Sen. Daniel In-ouye (D-Hawaii), chairman and ranking member of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, should be commended for recognizing that satellite communications play a critical role in meeting the important broadband needs of consumers and businesses throughout the United States — and the vital communications needs of our nation's first responders.
