THE EFFECT OF MINERAL COMPONENTS OF COALS ON THEIR PROCESSING

The present paper summarizes the results of investigations carried out mainly by the staff of the Institute for Solid Fossil Fuels on the study of mineral components in raw coals, mining wastes and on the processing of solid fossil fuels (SFF). The authors consider the role of mineral components in processes of SFF processing (combustion, gasification, hydrogenation).
