2,4-D Herbicide Sorption from Soil by Activated Coals

The sorption of the 2,4-D herbicide from soil by two types of activated coals was studied. The sorption effect was estimated from the herbicide content of the liquid phase of soil and the toxic action of the herbicide on the growth of roots in chickpea (Cicer arietinum).
