A FORMER soldier has been jailed for four years for terrorism offences after emailing sensitive military information to several major international organisations. Matthew Conroy, 25, from Shepherd's Bush in west London, sent six confidential Army documents that had the potential to be used for "terrorist intent". Conroy was discharged from the Army in early 2020 for poor performance during initial training. He had joined from the Reserves, where he served with the Adjutant General's Corps attached to The Royal Lancers.
