I AM looking to move from my current Service family accommodation (SFA) to a new property for medical reasons. i know this can take time because suitable housing has to be found and then specialised teams must install any adaptations that are required. While this process is going on it is difficult to provide a move-in date. The trouble with that is you have to apply to the pay and allowances casework and complaints cell (PACCC) to get the removals arranged.
