Brassed off by no silver bugle

After serving for 19 years in the light infantry and seven years in The Rifles, it annoys me to think that my comrades who are leaving the Army after 22 years no longer receive a silver bugle as a well-earned farewell present. I know that funds used to be paid towards these presentations via mess bills but this changed when The Rifles was formed back in 2007.
