2019 National Solar Jobs Census Solar Jobs Up Nationwide and in 31 States After Two Years of Losses

The U.S. solar industry employed nearly 250,000 workers in 2019, an increase of more than 5,600 jobs (or 2.3%) since 2018, according to the 10th annual National Solar Jobs Census released in February by The Solar Foundation. This marks a resurgence in solar industry employment following two years of job losses in 2017 and 2018.
