STATIC SOLUTION OF THE LIMITING-PRESSURE PROBLEM FOR RING FOUNDATIONS ON SOIL BEDS

A solution is presented for the bearing capacity of the bed of a ring foundation; this solution is obtained by the static method of the theory of the limiting equilibrium of soils for conditions of axial symmetry beyond the concept of complete plasticity.
