An historic meeting of conservation minds took place in Queen's Square on 19 March 2005 - the first gorgeously sunny Saturday of 2005 when the SAHGB and the IHBC shared their first joint conference. A diverse group of conservation professionals and architectural historians gathered to assess the history of the disciplines, how they interact, and how we can shape a professionally inclusive dialogue in the future to the benefit of those professions and of the historic environment.
